- What makes this different from an AI consulting engagement?
- Most AI transformations are tool rollouts wearing a strategy’s clothes: pick a vendor, buy seats, run training, measure adoption. That treats AI as a tool. We treat it as a hire — which changes the whole engagement, because onboarding, briefing, review depth, and cost per outcome become the work. Adoption is not the goal. Judgment at scale is.
- Who is this for?
- Leaders of organizations somewhere between fifty and five thousand people who have already bought the seats and are quietly unsure what changed. If your AI initiative has high usage numbers and flat business outcomes, that is the exact gap we work in.
- What is the “verb” question?
- There are two futures being built with this technology and they do not differ in their models — they differ in their verb. One replaces: it takes the producing, then asks what the people were for. The other empowers: it takes the producing and hands the people the four questions. For every AI initiative in flight, we name its verb out loud and choose it on purpose instead of by drift.
- Do you do the technical implementation?
- We work at the management layer — how work is briefed, reviewed, measured, and aligned — and we work alongside whatever stack you already have. Where a build is needed, the appendix tools in the book are deliberately buildable with parts nobody sells you, and we will show your team how.
- Can we just run the book’s tools ourselves?
- Yes, and you should. The book’s appendix is complete enough to use with a pen, and the expanded field guides are free. Bring us in when the honest hour keeps not happening, or when the answer it gives you is one the room cannot say to itself.
